The service includes tools for creating and storing site-specific risk assessments (SSRA), method statements, vehicle checks, toolbox talks, RIDDOR reports, nest check records, COSHH records, and equipment management.
The service is provided as a web-based application accessible via arbsuitepro.co.uk.

You agree to use ArbSuitePro only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all compliance records and data you enter into ArbSuitePro. We process your data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records you create. ArbSuitePro provides tools to assist with compliance — it does not replace the professional judgment of a competent person under health and safety law.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArbSuitePro Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the service in a way that causes harm to others. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be deleted subject to our retention obligations.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
